Most everyone would have come together as humans typically do in a real emergency. One only has to look at things like massive earthquakes, hurricanes and floods to see the nature of human beings during a true crisis.
Yes it looked nothing like a real emergency. From the very beginning there was an agenda. That agenda appeared to be get as many jabs into people as possible by whatever means necessary hence all the deception, lies, fearmongering and gaslighting.
