Your aerial picture of a suburb:

Love the way since the early 80s, how all new housing developments/suburbs consist of one or two main streets to enter and exit the suburb with a snarl of cul-de-sacs that is deemed to keep traffic at a minimum and children safe.

Whereas, the true purpose of these new housing developments/suburbs are created for future control of the residing tax slaves.

I had never thought about how we are required to pay for the utilities we need like, electricity, water, and gas. But propaganda and programming through radio, TV, and the internet are free! Completely backwards.

Thanks DB. Next phase for the suburbs seems to be - replace houses with high rise apartment blocks - further dehumanisation in 'progress'

That mass psychological manipulation kicked off big time with Edward Bernays back in the 1920s

Influence the media

Fund legitimate institutes and programs

Shape cultural thinking by manipulating what the population is allowed to think

Note: maybe i posted this before . its one of my favorites :

( did Trump really go rogue ? is he going to save the world ? ) hmmmmm

with what i see of "humanity" .......... it would take generations to reverse the disease that has

conquered their souls . How many people do you know that want to change anything other than upgrade their personal consumer driven desires ?

Note 2 : undoing this structure which is now entrenched with wef-like precision in societies and governments worldwide ( yes, aussie land a very nice example) ....... ain't gonna be easy.

My friend George would say " ain't gonna happen, Oat "

but hey , hope is in fashion once again for many . stay tuned .

"It’s hard to say with any precision when this phenomena first appeared. But it probably really started to kick off with the advent of the suburbs."

Well , Oat ( myshortername) . can help you on that . Just about 25 years ago I boxed up my bicycle and set off from Thailand on a big plane for the 6 hour flight to Perth . My plan was to head down Margaret River way . I had a friend of a friend's place to stay a night or two in Perth. Then, I unloaded my bike from the box, straightened the handle bars out, and off i went.

First stop was the tourist town of Freemantle ( i had to look up now to remember) . At my age my short term memory is fading. Long term almost gone haha . But i do remember that almost the first thing I saw as i got a short distance was the frames of housing developments shooting up as I headed South. There weren't that many at that time, and I shortly outrode them . I slept a few times in campgrounds , and was lucky to find some with small trailers for daily rent. All in all... it was a beautiful area , nice time of year (April) ..... and the people very nice.

So, that settles it . 25 years ago was the beginning of this big. sprawling mess we call Modern Civilization ! Pretty funny that one can pine

( to yearn intensely and persistently especially for something unattainable)

for those times when we had no cell phones or internet cafes or facebook to show photos of our lunch that day .

ahhh ............ getting older often has a lot of pining for the past . Sometimes I try to remember Swami Cadillac's humble teachings : " Live in the present. Be Here Now . Pay first . "

Then...... i let out a Primal Scream . And go have a beer.
